LCS Thoothibari is situated about 45 Km away from district Headquarter, Maharajganj. The office is situated at Thoothibhari adjacent to 'No Mans Land' of Indo–Nepal Border, and currently being run in a picket, on the village road connecting Maheshpur in Nepal and Thoothibari in India. Maheshpur Bhansar (Custom Office) in Nepal is situated about 01 Km from the Check-Post of LCS Thoothibari. The jurisdiction of this LCS is limited upto the radius of 03 Km around Thoothibari. This LCS is Electronic Data Interface (EDI) enabled from 11.06.2018 to facilitate Customs clearances
